Customer service is horrible!! A negative rating would be an accurate description of my experience. I went to the seafood counter last night to purchase shrimp for dinner. I stood there for 10 minutes waiting patiently as the one person behind the counter waited on another guest. While waiting, 2 additional guests arrived. The lady behind the counter passed by me 4 times while gathering items for the 1st guest and she continuously looked up at people standing in front of the counter. I know she saw me because I waved (and she acknowledged) to let her know I was next in line. When she finished with the 1st guest she turned to another guest that recently walked up and helped her. I politely said “excuse me but I was next in line”. She ignored me, turned her back and proceeded to help the other guests. I will NEVER step foot in this or any other Kroger!! I will gladly pay more for better customer service.
