Just got my oil changed. After waiting 2 and 1/2 hours, I was made known that my 2014 VW Jetta needed oil they did not have, and it was being delivered there. This is info I would have loved to have known before I was waiting an exceedingly long amount of time.
The total was $89 for an oil change, which I thought was a bit steep. After I got home, my wife wanted to go back and ask why the price was as much as it was (genuinely curious.) The older lady at the desk was incredibly rude to my wife, while my wife just wanted to know why it costed that much. The owner who is very nice, came inside and explained my Jetta needs fully synthetic oil, and it generally costs much more. This car is new for us so we had no idea.
I wanted to try a local auto shop, but since the customer service treated my wife like garbage when she was simply asking questions - well I guess I'm going back to VA Tire & Auto.
