After being in a car accident on I-95 just before last Christmas, my son suggested I should use an ON-LINE grocery order and pick-up to help with what was becoming an overwhelming chore. He helped me set-up an account with the Harris Teeter Express Lane. I also added the App to my phone & pad.... and began selecting items for my first ON-LINE cart. It was so much easier than I had imagined and even allowed me to use the "specials" in the weekly circular and to select specific brands. About 45 minutes before the pick-up time I had selected, STEPHANIE, the personal shopper, called to go over items which were not available and pleasantly recommended replacements. She informed me my order was complete I drove to Harris Teeter following directions Given on the APP, pulled into the specified Expresslane and pressed the buzzer. Immediately JOSEPH came to my car, took my name, and proceeded to collect my groceries from the refrigerator & freezer lockers. With a smile he loaded them into my car, helped me pay using using his pad to complete the transaction, and wished me a happy day. Indeed it was! I did not have to painfully get in and out of my car. A Special thanks to STEPHANIE, JOSEPH, the store manager BRANDON, and Harris Teeter, Inc. for developing such a great service! I do recommend some clarification on purchasing produce. The price of bananas was listed by the pound... I submitted the number 3 in the order box, thinking I was ordering 3 pounds; instead my bag contained 3 bananas!

Was terribly racially profiled,on Friday.. Myself & 2young children held a few items in hand,as we went to check out,an article on a magazine caught my attention. As i scrolled thru the mag,a cashier(Jeff) turned his light off stood 3ft behind me & cleared his throat. He asked if he could help me,i said No thanks and continued looking thru the mag..he never left scaring my 5yr old. So i went to self check out. Cashier Jeff then alerted another male cashier who followed us and stood at the very next register watching me as i scanned my items. When i asked if i could help him,he said nothing and remained watching me. The worst customer service ever..!
