Great overall experience. We went in and were greeted immediately. We took the BedMatch test and tried out the 6 mattresses that were suggested for us. The gentleman that helped us was very knowledgeable and did not put any pressure on our decision at all. We ended up going with a Sealy Balboa Plush mattress which was at the lower end of the price range. He did not pressure us to buy a more expensive mattress at all, and was very supportive of the decision. We got a mattress protector thrown into the deal, and discounted delivery on top of the great experience. We were also given every scenario and detail about the guarantee and return policy should we have any issues. Honestly it was as pleasurable and easy as a mattress purchase could be.
