TLC Medispa

I have been going to TLC periodically for years and have found that their service is by far the highest quality out of any other place I've been. The staff are extremely knowledgeable and apply their expertise to provide the appropriate treatment for the individual, not just a one-size-fits-all approach. The management is extremely proactive in maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. I would highly recommend TLC to anyone considering a treatment, knowing that aesthetics are such a delicate thing and should NOT be trusted to just anyone.

My experience with TLC Medispa has been wonderful! I've used various of hair removal tools in the past, and have always been dissatisfied. When I shaved, I was left with ugly bumps, ingrown hairs, and rough skin. When I used depilatory creams (Nair, Veet) my skin was always left irritated and raw. I didn't even consider waxing, considering how my skin reacted to depilatory creams. I felt ashamed and hopeless, thinking that I would have to go through life with unseemly dark hair in places most women wouldn't like to have. But the results from laser hair removal have been life changing! After about 6-7 sessions the remaining hair is practically unnoticeable. (The hair reduction after the first treatment was amazing, a little less amazing after the third and fourth, which is normal, but the fifth and sixth were awe-inspiring) A mere peach fuzz, instead of an embarrassing problem. I've since become addicted! I'm moving on to different areas of my body and I'm thrilled! I rarely have to bother using any other hair removal method in between treatments, I feel confident, knowing that I never have to worry about rapidly growing unpleasant hair, and my skin is in great shape, now that it's no longer being irritated by inferior hair removal methods. The treatments are pretty quick from what I've experienced. I'm usually in and out within 20 minutes, including treatment and scheduling. (Which I guess could vary depending on the size of the area you're treating and how full your schedule is.) Kaitlin and Jen are SO NICE! I find myself having very pleasant candid conversations with the ladies, completely at ease and comfortable. The ladies have a gift for creating a professional, welcoming atmosphere. I would recommend not rushing the communication. I've found that the ladies running TLC medispa can often be a bit busy, so if you would like to make an appointment over the phone don't be surprised if you have to leave a message. Often if I have a scheduling conflict or question I will leave a phone message detailing my personal information and my inquiry, and Jen will promptly call me back as soon as she is able. Email would probably be better, honestly. Also keep in mind that treatments are usually spaced out about 4-6 weeks. So plan on having an estimated availability that far out.
