Great place for craft cocktails, neat flights, and laidback ambiance. There's an impressive selection of unique spirits to choose from ranging with vodka, gin, smoked whiskey to infused flavors like cocoa and coffee whiskey. Like other distilleries, there's a 3 ounce pour/day limit, and each pour is 1 ounce. My fiancee got the Heritage, Brutality, and Smokehouse flight and enjoyed Heritage the best.
When I came around New Years, there was a variety of delightful holiday cocktails. As each cocktail was 1.5 ounce, it was so difficult to choose only 2! I wish the cocktails were a little smaller, so I could try 3. Although the menu on the table didn't feature these holiday cocktails, there were 2 signs at the bar which had a list of them. Intrigued by the name "Dirty Santa", I decided to go for it. It reminded me of a White Russian, but better with cocoa infused whiskey. I thoroughly enjoyed the generous serving as it came with a shaker (served about 2 cocktails). I also got the Gingerbread Martini, with cinnamon whiskey. It reminded me of eggnog and although I wasn't the biggest fan of it, my fiancee enjoyed it.
Our server was really friendly and I had a great conversation with one of the owners, Thomas Murray. Very down-to-earth and humble. He gave us a small sample of the vodka. As it's potato-based, it has a nice smooth finish.
I had a fun experience - great products and nice atmosphere. Looking forward to coming back and trying out the spring cocktails!
