This place was great... NOT. 24 hours is the best way to go and they have everything you need. However, when it comes to trying to cancel a membership, do not even try. One, they NEVER had a certain day they charge your account the monthly fee. Because of this, I have overdrafted FOUR times. I had to open a whole new bank account at another bank just for them. And then I told them FOUR MONTHS PRIOR that I will be moving away and to tell me EVERYTHING I needed to do to cancel my membership, in which all they said was bring proof that you moved and a 50 dollar fee is ALL. THAT'S IT. Now that I'm finally moved, I'm looking for a job, therefore I'm tight on money. BEHOLD, another month charge to my card! Now, all of the sudden, they want to say that I didn't write a request and that a verbal request isn't good enough. THEN WHY DIDN'T YOU EVER TELL ME I NEEDED TO?! They don't care about customers at all or even the fact that they knew that I would be leaving. They don't even have the heart to take the charge off when I told them I'm struggling with money until I find a job. Customer service - good. Customer service when trying to cancel - Absolutely the worst. Don't believe them when they say they put customers before a dime, because all they want is your money, and that they do not really care about you.
