NextDay Carpet and Flooring

Tony at Nextday Carpet is a con-man that will take your money and act like he's your friend in the process until he blows you off. He comes across as empathetic but when it comes down to it he's nothing but pathetic. He talks like a big shot that has loads of money because he's a hard working go-getter. I'll bet he's actually close to bankruptcy because he doesn't know how to run a business and will snake you for your down payment. He's a real good liar and what gives me joy is that sub-humans like this always get it in the end because Karma always gets those with no ethics or morals like this clown.

I can not believe the treatment my wife and I received from this company! Tony (CEO of the company) was paid for services (in advance) and now will not pick up his office or cell phone to perform the work! We've call several times! We were suppose to have our carpets installed several days ago, and my wife an I have yet to hear from him. We will be taking legal action this afternoon 3/27/2018. I recommend NOT using this company do to the last of professionalism and accountability. WE ARE NOT HAPPY! Do not use NextDay Carpet!

I purchase carpet 4 years ago and now the carpet looks horrible. The carpet is bulking in several different places. When call the contact number you can only speak to owner and he always promised to call you back and you never get the issues resolved. I was told when I purchase the carpet I had a 10 year warranty. Don’t purchase if you don’t want to replace your carpet in a few years.
