I never saw a sole at the dealership. I like the fact that I'm able to drop off my vehicle the night before or early the morning of my schedule appointment. I was able to pay my bill over the phone and have my son pick up the vehicle because I couldn't make it from work before they closed. The only reason I didn't give them 5 stars is because, the oil was changed but I didn't get the reminder sticker place in the upper left corner to remind me about when to come back.
