I took a friend's truck there to have an alignment, took 4 hours, I sit and watched people come and go. They didn't have an appointment, I had called in and was told to come on in. They took lunch break, stood around joking and taking their sweet time. If you're wanting to get in and out, I DON'T RECOMMEND THIS PLACE, but if you don't mind sitting and watching them take their time goofing off then go for it.
