I called to schedule an estimate for roof repairs for a Saturday at 10am, and no one showed up or answered when I called. I am shocked that a business thinks they can no-show prospective customers like that, especially on a Saturday when I might have made other plans if not for this appointment. I guess I should've suspected a lax customer service approach when I realized later that the only info they took down was my address.
