Personnel at this location are anything but personal. Phones are answered so casually and as if the call is such an annoyance. I am never asked for my name, just my date of birth. And I hear a hastened "click" to disconnect the call before it is truly concluded. Is this the way to nurture a patient? Perhaps more (kind) employees are needed in this office? Test result follow ups take way too long. I am beginning to wonder if this is just the norm in Richmond?
