I am thoroughly disgusted with this dealership. I took my car in because it was flooded with water which was the oddest thing to start. But the worst part is when I picked my car up after the repair, they did not bother to detail my car or even at the least vacuum the water out of my floors and my carpet and mats had soured by the time I got my car. They didn't even move the towel I had laid down to try to soak up the water. I have had nothing but problems with this dealership and car since the very first day I picked it up. I do not get compensated in anyway for the inconvenience that they cause me by having to bring the car back and forth to the dealership. I purchased this car in June and have not been able to enjoy since I've had it. It has been to the dealership each month for some type of problem. I am so tired of dealing with this that I am ready to turn the car back and go with another dealership. I will never refer this dealership to any of my friends because when I told my salesman about all of the problems his response to me was 'after we sale the car they don't really have anything to do with the problems or the service'. But I had to remind him that the salesman and service department are a team and if one part of the team is horrible, the entire team is horrible. I am so dissatisfied with this dealership.
Gabriel my new car sales agent did and excellent job in listening and providing the new car that I was looking to buy. He was patient and highly professional. Very pleased overall with service and prices received on trade-in of my old 2008 Buick Enclave and new 2017 Enclave.
