I’ve been working with Dr. Horsey and his staff for several years. They are very responsive. This includes arranging appointments, answering questions, making adjustments, etc. Whether you call/text/email, its easy to communicate. The customer service continues to be excellent well beyond payment and taking off the braces. They also don’t nickel and dime you. I’d also add he has an ability to retain staff so there is consistency in who you will see.

My family loves Dr Horsey and his staff. Not only does he call you before your first appointment to talk about the upcoming visit but his personal approach, before and during, makes the entire time your child is in braces a wonderful experience. They work with you on financing and payments so it’s not overwhelming and his staff is just wonderful. I would highly recommend Dr Horsey to anyone!
