They love you when you're buying but could care less after the sale. We bought 2 Mercedes at the same time and when our temp tags were running out it took me over 50 phone calls to finally get tags on our cars... But here is the worst, I just took one in for its first service and had THE WORST service experience I've ever experienced... they gave me a loaner that reeked of cigarette smoke and I had to keep calling them to find out when my car was done (4 calls just to speak to someone) and they brought my car back FILTHY! They didn't even wash or vacuum it! Not what I expect from Mercedes... they need new management or to have their Mercedes franchise revoked... TERRIBLE!
Simply the best for Mercedes-Benz service in the Roanoke Valley. This team (both Tom and Tammy) truly work to serve and satisfy their customers needs in the best manner possible. Their diagnostics are always fast and accurate and their work is always done to the highest standards. I never hesitate to bring my car to them for service, they always do the best! Their attention to detail and customer satisfaction is something to be noted for. The service department at Volvo of Roanoke needs to learn a lesson or two from the Mercedes Service department both in terms of customer service and communication.
