I just had my car fixed this weekend after my cv axel assembly cracked in half. I was stranded and it was a Saturday. I called Rickmans cuz it was the only place open on a weekend plus it's in my neighborhood. I have never been there before. I called and Jerome got me a tow to the shop(very reasonable price I might add) and it was fixed that day!!! On a Saturday too!! I had to pick it up Sunday and was not charged storage fees!!! The cost was very honest and reasonable. Jerome always responded to my calls, was very respectful and kept me in the loop every step of the way!! I am soooo glad Jerome was honest and excellent mechanic. I will use Rickmans for my mechanical needs for life!! Thank you Jerome!!! This is a real post and I am a real customer. Debra
