Burgers N Things

So we stopped at Burgers N Things on our way over the mountains, and decided to order some cheese fries - here's what happened: Us: Hey, could we have two large cheese fries? Staff: Sure, all in one order? Us: Yup! Staff: $4.36 (the price of one) Us: Is that one or two fries? Staff: You said one order - Very irritated While we were waiting, the girl waiting for her meal said: "Good luck! I ordered 2 cheeseburgers and fries and haven't got anything yet. I heard you ask for two fries, and that guy still didn't get it". When the fries were finally done, the employees had put jalapeno flavored cheese sauce on my fries. The service and food quality has definitely dropped since they hired new employees.

Who serves you a cup of soft serve ice cream and says heres your Sunday??!! Asked 4 times to correct the order, voiced that we were unhappy, but apparently someone is high and could not comprehend how to make the ice cream properly. What a waste of 20 bucks. We all threw our food away. Will never be back again!!
