This is a rip off organization. Came and cleaned my bedroom rug with the bedroom closet. They charged me for 3 areas because after all the floor in front of the closet which was 2x4 is a room! Who knew. Wrote the company to express my views. They never did a thing. Called the office and asked how prices were charged. The rug cleaner person tries to make as much as he can without guidance from their management except minimums. This use to be a reputable company. They aren't any longer. This is the first time I have ever left a bad review for anything. But this was such a bad experience I wanted to warn people. I am embarrassed to admit I paid 400.00 to have a year old bedroom carpet cleaned. I was a suckered. Beware.
