Presto Valet

I brought a relatively expensive winter coat to their store and gave the clerk details so they would not damage the jacket. Received the jacket damaged. Returned to the store and the cleaner was very rude and although I was not looking for reimbursement for the jacket I at least expected a reimbursement for the cleaning service because they ruined the jacket. Owner was rude and refused. I'd recommend you go somewhere else where they are more professional and accept responsibility for their own mistakes.
