F45 Training Staunton

F45 in Staunton helped me lose over 10 lbs and 2-3% body fat in a few months. More importantly, I am much stronger, have better balance, and gained endurance on my runs. The training team, led by Bill, is very professional and caring. They know you by name and give you individual attention to ensure that you succeed - and push forward to your next goal, without being preachy! My teammates have a great attitude and the atmosphere is fun and non-judgmental. This workout is suitable for all levels. I have been in the Army for many years and I know all kinds of workouts! F45 functional fitness - at a controlled pace with these knowledgeable trainers, is ideal for preventing injury and getting results that can be applied to the "real world".
