Sears Hometown Store

After buying our first home last year my husband and I are starting to upgrade our kitchen. We looked around at Lowes and Home Depot but when we went to Sears on Greenville Ave we met John - the new owner - and an all around great guy. We settled on a lovely Kenmore fridge with bottom freezer BUT when we got it home and removed the box we found a dent in the left-rear corner. Now some might not care but we just spent $$$ and wanted to have a "perfect" applicance. After many BAD - no HORRIBLE - experiences in Norther Virginia with all sorts of salesman and stores I was PLEASANTLY surprised that John and the Staunton Sears store were as nice as they seemed and REALLY DO CARE about the customer. Not only did they order us a new fridge but they are delivering it for free and picking up the old one for free. I rather spend a little more money and know I have someone who is watching out for me as a customer. PLEASE GO VISIT THEM AND GIVE THEM BUSINESS - you won't regret it.
