Bell Transport Co

We used Bell Transport to fill our pool. Their service was amazing. Customer service on the phone was very helpful. Matt showed up with our first load of water right when they told me he would. He was extremely friendly, played with the kids and even filled the kids little kiddie pool for them. The kids thought it was the coolest thing. He also left beach balls in the pool for the kids. I highly recommend Bell Transport. And will definitely be using them again if I need to.

We ordered pool water from Bell Transport. We were told that they would be here before noon. We put off the rest of our day waiting for them to arrive. By noon there was no water so we called all the numbers and the mail box was either full or the phone went straight to voicemail. We left messages, we texted, no response. Finally at 2:00 someone answered and said he would get hold of the person delivering the water. We were then contacted by the driver who said he would be here between 3:30 and 4. We ran out to complete at least one errand since our day was already ruined. We rushed home and waited....3:30....4:30...5:25 someone showed up. When the driver showed up he had a 2000 Gal tanker not the 5000 Gal one the company advertised. It took 3 trips to fulfill the 5000 Gal requirement and it is now 8 PM. I texted the company again and asked " Who's paying for my time?" I IMMEDIATELY got a call asking what I meant by that. I explained that we had spent all day waiting for the before noon appointment and it was now 8 PM. I was told "I am sorry". I asked how he was going to compensate for that and he again said " I'm sorry". He asked what I was looking for, I said " a discount". He said " I see where you are going here, take $25.00 off". "We want to make sure our customers are happy". I continued with how unhappy I was having wasted a whole day. He said " I hope you'll come back" and left it at that.
