I went here and got both sides of one of my big toenails treated for ingrowth. I have hade 4 other of these procedures done in my life and by far this has been the best experience. Even when he was numbing me with the shots I didn't feel the needle. They use a combination of ice and vibration while numbing you. The entire procedure took him 15 minutes. But don't let that fool you into thinking he was rushing it. No he is extremely thorough. Zero pain. And he took time to explain the procedure. Straight forward and honest with you. Dr. Hastings makes getting an ingrown nail procedure far less stressful than any podiatrist I've gone too. Staff was so sweet and informative. Office is very clean, cozy, and professional looking. And you can open a credit line through Care Credit and finance. I will definitely be returning for any future foot problems I have.
