Stand in line for 25 minutes and they claim the birth certificate is a copy. I show them the number, the watermark, no go. I ordered this from the state! I don't even HAVE a color copier let alone one that could show all the details! Their solution is that I pay them $14 for THEM to make a copy! No way, I already paid for this official copy. I will go to a different office.
