I love this place. It has every possible activity a person could want, no matter the season of the year. The only downsides are: (1) the staff turnover is high, so it is (2) hit-and-miss as far as customer service is concerned, and (3) there is high pressure to purchase timeshares (I am already an owner, and they still pressure the heck out of me to buy more). Nevertheless, I recommend Massanutten to anyone.
