Edit: I asked my neighbor who he uses, and he had nothing but glowing reviews for Taylor Plumbing; he uses them as his pump service and also had his system put in by them originally.
I called Taylor Plumbing when a sewer pipe blew apart at a joint, wondering if the tank needed to be pumped out. The pipes weren't fitted properly and quickly blew apart again; Larry said he'd come back, fix it and check the tank while I was out of town for a week. After a week of postponing, I called and he said he couldn't come out today because it was pouring rain; he lives less than a mile from my house and the sky was crystal clear. I ended up fixing his mistakes myself.
