Excellent audiobook service. Their club pricing plan had saved me a ton of money but I like that they have the option to purchase without a plan and still get a great deal. Their app works well and customer service is top notch. I also like that I can download my audiobooks directly from their website.

No returns. The book can only be downloaded onto your computer. I thought for $13 I was buying a CD. Immediately tried to return. NO RETURNS!
