Tysons Corner Department of Motor Vehicles

WORST ADMINISTRATIVE EXPERIENCE I EVER HAD and that come from someone who lived in 3 different countries !!!!!!!!! I applied for a license exchange 2 MONTHS AGO! At the time, the representative told me I would get my license within 2 weeks. As they didn't keep me informed, I went back there one month after and almost every week since then! With the exception of a lady that actually tried to help me as much as she could, all the representatives I have met showed either incompetence, unwillingness or both. All I could hear was "We're sorry", "We don't understand why it takes that long", "It shouldn't take so much time", complaining about the other department they were working with for my case and of course, "You should hear from us very soon" — which of course, was FALSE! I had to give a call to the driving license department to try to sort things out, myself. Surprisingly, my case got its approval on that very day !!! I therefore have then been invited to go back to the DMV to complete the exchange process... but I got the jackpot this morning: they refused to complete the process because one of the documents I gave them 2 months ago was OUT OF DATE !!! Needless to say that this place is a HUGE JOKE and a MESS !!! I would highly recommend making some serious changes here!
