America's Best Contacts & Eyeglasses

So my mother set an appointment for me and my older brother to get a new pair of glasses which I never wore glasses before but he has. My mother called up to the place and one of the women on staff told her that they ACCEPTED our insurance, Optimal Health. Then we go to our appointments, do the eye exams and such. We had to wait 30 minutes for me to get fitted for my pair and the woman who helped told us they didn't accept me and brothers plan no longer. I got very upset that my mother had to pay 300$ for me and brothers glasses. Ridiculous. I will never come to this place again when all they do is lie and tell people things at the last minute, not to mention she nearly had to pay 500 bucks if I didn't get the 2 pair plan thing. Which is an absolute lie. They do not pay 69$, they make you pay for the exam and the glasses. I will never ever be coming here again and your company is trash!
