Boasted that changing an iPhone battery was “the easiest job you can do on that phone”. Then proceeded to set my phone on fire by piercing the battery. After “repairing” the damaged parts, the phone was never the same with the replaced parts not working correctly. So I asked for a replacement iPhone. The replacement iPhone was bought off amazon and was not Apple Approved Refurbished at least, or a brand new phone at best. And now the replacement iPhone now needs a new battery. The store made me sign a declaration freeing them of further involvement before they would give me the replacement iPhone.
Top Tip: Take your iPhone to the Apple store. Yes you might pay a little bit more, but you will have competent staff looking after your iPhone or iPad. I will avoid this company in future.
