Colonial Arms Apartments

I'm in my fourth year of renting with Colonial Arms and I couldn't be happier! I lived in a two bedroom for three years before upgrading to a 2 bedroom with a den and have loved both. The units have been clean and cozy with great amenities. Maintenance is fabulous with handling services quickly. I had an issue with my air conditioning unit and they were there to resolve it that day! The complex is peaceful, kid-friendly and conveniently located close to plenty of shopping, food, and great schools! The office staff, Seana, Victoria and Ashley are very friendly and accommodating. They were a huge help in my recent move to a more spacious unit and handled all of my questions and requests promptly and attentively. They're always so welcoming and stopping into the office is like popping in to say hey to a friend. I would absolutely recommend Colonial Arms to anyone seeking a new place to call home!
