Still waiting.....I spoke with Steve (one of the owners of J and S Builders!) on the phone before he came out to our house 3 weeks ago. At which time, he asked for me to email him pictures of our house so that he could come up with some ideas for the addition that we want to build. I was super excited. At our appointment he seemed nice and knowledgeable, but he worked off a rough drawing that my husband came up with instead of any initial idea that he had. When Steve left he said that he would go back to the office and email us a rough draft plan and price the following week. We have heard nothing since. Wait, what? I've left numerous messages. As a business owner at least give us the courteous of a call. So, while they may do good work, don't be surprised if they don't call you back....ever. Michelle
