KP Nails Plus

Absolutely awful nail job. Asked for acrylics and was told that I would be “too sensitive” to wear them. I asked for them anyways and the lady said I could try it one time, but she didn’t end up doing it anyways. Two of my fingers bled and were covered up with nail polish - now it just burns. After all of this and getting nail polish all over the skin of my fingers, I was charged THIRTY DOLLARS for a simple nail paint. Thirty dollars, when my acrylics should’ve been $25. Didn’t tip and it was absolutely ridiculous to be charged so much for such a terrible job. Very disappointed, never ever go here unless you want to waste your money. (P.S. you will be talked about in a foreign language) Wish I could give less than one star.

Terrible experience. My sister and I came in for acrylic sets for $25 each. I asked for black acrylic nails, and I got a mood color changing set, which was not explained to me. The guy who did my nails did not speak a lick of English, and he did a terrible job. He left nail polish all over my skin surrounding the nails. If I wanted a crappy nail job, I would have done it myself!! The woman doing my sister's nails would not allow her to get what she wanted: acrylic nails as well. She argued that my sister would not want them, although she did. Then she went against her wishes and simply just painted her nails. The set was supposed to be $25, but i was charged $30. $25 was the price for acrylics, so I find it odd that I was charged more for less. Never coming back here, and recommending people to NEVER COME HERE. Despicable.

Came in to get a polish change on my toes and my eyebrows waxed. The lady who did the wax was amazing I think her name was Tina. The polish change took all of an hour and the paint looked ridiculous. After drying and paying I had to have them redo my polish bc it looked so bad. I'm really annoyed with the amount of time this has taken bc there was only a 10-15 minute wait but the rest of it is chsnging color on toes and brows.
