Papa John's Pizza

I ordered a pizza at 5:31PM this afternoon and it was not delivered until 7:25 and freezing cold. When placing my order online it said 25-35 mins, not to bad. Well at 6:30 I called to see where our pizza was and they said it just left the store. Okay I will let it slide. At 7:10 I called again and was put on hold for 22 mins, so I called off my husbands phone and requested to speak to a different manager just to be told that “it’s Valentine’s Day and we were not expecting many orders”.. I don’t know if it’s just me but papa John’s was promoting a heart shaped pizza and not to mention it’s a Wednesday. Would not recommend this location, customer service is garbage. When asking to speak to any other managers or district managers I was told there was no one above them...
