She helped us (me and my family) find three homes and was very consistent and professional every step of the way. As I mentioned, we are friends and I had to give her the bad news that we were leaving VA. and moving to NC. I needed her to negotiate with the property owner (landlord). Of course she was hurt to see her friends leave, but she did not allow her feelings to get in the way. She knew we would have to continue to pay rent until she found someone to take our place.
