They are misleading, they have you to think on the phone all you have to do put down a security deposit and you in the home, but then when you meet them they tell that you have to qualify , to get into the home first of all its suppose to be rent to own, and if you have bad credit, it still shouldnt be no problem, just as long you working on it, I filled the application out me and my wife, and instead of this guy calling me we had to call him.
<br/> Not only that, but there are stuff on the application that doesnt make since, my family and I was hoping that we could get this house, but the schemes they uses is a joke, another it would seem like if you put down a security deposit, that he would take the rent sign down, but he kept it up and still having people to look inside of the house, to me this is bad business, and I promise if we pay the sec. Deposit that he was going to take the house off the market, this was very misleading as well. So, all he done was lied about everything, he said if we want to wait and put $3500.00 on the home later to purchase the home then we could do that, but all together he lied about getting us into the house that we was hoping for, and Im very, very displeased about the whole thing. So I advice anyone who uses this company be cautious about them.
