Service is everything. Unfortunately this place is below freezing with subpar service and the slowest employee I have ever witnessed. Cold but sunny day in April, we are talking waiting for over an hour with only 10 snowballs made in this time. I don't care how good the product is, you can't run a business like this. Seriously, put a little effort in your work, a bit of hustle. This lax attitude customer service is not what you want representing your business. Hire employees who give a F.
