T.J. Maxx

Everyone seemed happy to be working there. And I happened to be there as they sang a Christmas song over the loud speaker for the first time. They did a great job at it. And then someone accidentally broke an ornament. There were two employees that came up to start cleaning it up without complaints. Very nice place to be.

Why is this the only store in the area where I am asked for ID because I don't have a recognizable face? TJMaxx, get an official standardized and universal process for all of your stores and purchases. Highly unprofessional policies and personnel at this store!
