Our package was supposed to have been delivered yesterday. The delivery was very important and very urgent. A day later--today--we had to drive to the post office because we still hadn't received the package. The manager said it was in the back, wrapped up, on a pallet. He wouldn't release the package to us. Beyond ridiculous.

The folks at this post office are so kind. They always take time to personally help me and my wife whenever we are in there. Sometimes we have specific needs that are unusual, and they have great patience. Examples: 1) Trying to send a big package to China and needing to remove some heavier items to save money. 2) Taking down my cell phone number and calling me soon after I left to let me know the delivery worker had just come back with my package that required my signature after trying us at home. Very personal and helpful.
