Doctors are good and care about their patients, level of care is good and not a lot of upselling on extra vaccinations and procedures, but don't expect to be seen until at least an hour after your scheduled time. It's usually a 2-3 hour ordeal to get a dog seen (especially on a weekend). Also, watch out for one of the receptionists...you can sense her bad mood from the moment you walk in and she seems to be even more annoyed when you have to check out or you ask a question (she also seems to be like that no matter when or what time I've showed up).
