Love this store. Friendly, helpful employees. They always go above and beyond to help you. I shop here all the time.

**UPDATE** I have gone in here very little the last 6months due to the previous issues from my original review below. The only time I've gone in has been for just a few small items, so I can do self-checkout. Today (5.21.17 around 7pm) my hubby and I did a larger shop and could not do self check out. The checking out process started out fine, but just got worse and worse. The bagger who was working on the line (blonde girl in her teens) saw we had a large load of groceries and decided it was a good time to just walk away. After about half our groceries piled up unbaggged, the supervisor from my original complaints 6months ago finally comes over and begins bagging our stuff. Throughout the process she became more and more frustrated and began slamming our groceries around. She also began to become verbally ugly|short with the poor cashier who just stood there looking scared. She finished the process by KICKING our pack of sodas after slamming them into bottom rack of the shopping cart. I was very shocked and off put by this behavior. It was unprofessional and rude. Her behavior towards her employee was terrible, its not the cashiers fault the supervisor can't handle bagging a load of groceries. This employees behavior|attitude has obviously only gone from bad to worse, Kroger needs to address it. Kroger also needs to address their employees lack of drive to do the job they are being paid to do (ex. the blonde bagger walking away because we had large load of groceries). **6months ago** The management and employee behavior at this Krogers is so bad! I've had multiple issues the last few months here. 1.) The chubby mixed female employee w long frizzy hair likes to hit on my husband in front of me and makes nasty comments about me to other employees when I walk by. Ex. "They won't last". This is unacceptable, does she think she is in high school? Worst part is, I think she is a supervisor or manager now. Her behavior towards my husband and I has been ongoing for months and is making me think I should just shop elsewhere. 2.) There are never enough registers open nor enough baggers and the lines always take forever. Last time this happend we had to wait online for over half an hour. The store was packed and only one register besides express was open. Finally the employee mentioned in my first complaint came out and had someone open another register BUT they had no baggers so this did not help speed things along. That same supervisor proceeded to just stand up front doing nothing while cashiers had to bag for themselves. 3.) Final complaint, the shelves are never stocked! And if they are, half the time the items are expired or expiring shortly. I don't understand it. I shopped there last night, October 31st, after dinner and things were not stocked and were messy. There were 3 employees standing up front talking and only ONE poor old woman actually stocking things in the store. To top it off the problem employee I keep mentioning was supervising them, so it figures the store was a mess it always is when shes supervising. I assume because it was Halloween she did not feel the need to wear appropriate work clothes. She wasn't actually dressed up as anything, instead she was wearing casual clothes so tight they looked painted on and 2lbs of makeup strutting around the store while her employees (excluding the old woman) did nothing. I would like to keep shopping here but can't if this is what its going to be like. Krogers needs better adult managers on duty supervising the employees. The employees need to be trained better. Most importantly the employees need to be instructed on appropriate work behavior and ethics especially when concerning interactions with customers.
