I went to the Williamsburg Bose store because my local one had shut down. I have been having problems with my SoundLink Mini II with not turning on. We had returned it once already and it was fixed, but it did it again. I took the device to Williamsburg and was helped by Adam. He was extremely personable and replaced the device as there was something definitely wrong with it. It was very pain free and at no time did I feel that they thought we did anything wrong with the device. Adam and the other guys were extremely friendly. I would highly recommend purchasing from this location and will always go there. Honestly, I was done with Bose after returning this item once already and it not being fixed. However, after this experience with Adam, I am back on the Bose bandwagon!! Thanks!!
