I received a renewal contract continuing the prior owner’s contract within three weeks of moving into our new home. I felt that they expected me to be naive enough to renew an existing contract and pay in full for their services for an entire year prior to receiving any service what so ever. The biggest kicker for me is they addressed the envelope with the wrong first name. I might be a little "old School" but if you can’t get my first name right then why would I want you coming into my home???
