Seiko Company Store

A pin between links in my Seiko watch band fell out after a few years of use. I walked into the Seiko store and the clerk on duty quickly found the same watch on their shelf, removed a pin, and repaired my watch -- in about 5 minutes. No charge. And I didn't even buy it there. One cannot beat a Seiko watch and now I believe you cannot beat their customer service either! Very impressed!
