Everyone at the store is so friendly and helpful. I spent an hour on the phone with Verizon customer service last week and they were never able to resolve an issue I had on my daughter’s phone. I walked in and Kendra fixed my issue in about one minute. I’m so happy To have this issue resolved. Thank you Kendra!
