If I could give this store zero stars I would. Jamal is a liar and mislead us throughout our process of renegotiating our contract plans. I would not recommend anyone to this store but if you do go, don't speak to Jamal.... he'll promise you things he can't deliver on. Devante (?) Seems to be the only one who is honest and tries to cover for the other incompetent fools that work there. But the manager said people are human and make mistakes... told that twice in dealing with them. Our bill has gone up almost $100 after Jamal promised us it would be cheaper on "his" new plan. Total scam artists!
