Bay Old Dominion Service & Collision Center

I am new to Norfolk Va and I was completely clueless as to where to take my car for the required state inspection. Sure I saw many auto shops that handled inspections but I wanted one that I could trust to receive honest service. In my search I went to two shops to inquire and instantly got a bad vibe. This is when I decided to read some reviews and found Bay Old Dominion. When I met E. T. I was instantly put at ease. He was professional, pleasant and knowledgeable. The process was quick (I was the first one there so my car was serviced first). I need to say my car did not pass inspection. E T brought me so I could see the problem with my own eyes and then shocked me when he said... We don't handle that repair here and referred me to another shop to get the problem handled. WHAT INTEGRITY!!! This was an awesome experience!!! the atmosphere was clean and even the air was nice it didn't smell like oil and auto fumes. I had a great time waiting and chatting with a young woman who was so inspiring. Best shop visit ever.
